After Machhli, Haveli and Corporate, Ullu has come up with another exciting thriller series titled “Estate Manager,” which features Ritu Rai, Priyanka Chaurasia and Neha Gupta in the lead roles.
Plot Summary
The plot of the web series centers around a powerful man ‘Ratan Singh’ who seem to be involved in illegal businesses such as gun trade and debt trap. In a recently dropped tailer, we get a glimpse of this man who tortures innocent villagers and snatches their lands or even wives when they are unable to pay the debt. As the scene shifts focus to Priyanka Chaurasia’s house, we learn that her mother also took loan years ago for her husband’s treatment but unable to payback. Therefore, she decides to sell her ancestral house, but unfortunately her house is also taken away by the government authorities. When Ratan comes for the recovery, she pleads him for more time, instead, Ratan puts an unusual proposal of marrying her daughter in exchange of waving off the debt. Afterwards, we get a wide shot of Ratan standing at the bank of the river discussing about their consignment. In the meantime, one of his men introduces him to Miss Riya, who wants to establish a new factory in his Estate. During all this turmoil, a girl named Rupa arrives at Ratan’s Palace and introduces herself to Ratan as a new estate manager. What happens next? Does Rupa’s arrival change villagers fate? We will know that once the web series starts streaming in May 2024 on the Ullu Ott app.

Ritu Rai as Rupa (an Estate Manager)
The actress is playing the character of Rupa in Estate Manager. Although, Ritu Rai is one of the primary characters in the series, yet, not much about her role is disclosed other than she is a newly appointed estate manager. Ritu has previously appeared in Ullu’s popular series such as Main Yahan Tu Wahan and Haveli.
Neha Gupta as Miss Riya
Neha is another prominent character in the series, she is playing the role of Riya, a wealthy young girl who proposes to put a factory in the Ratan’s estate. Neha Gupta was last seen in Cheese Cake, she has also given notable appearances in Dil Do, Honeytrap, Khidki and Charmsukh.
Priyanka Chaurasia
She is one of the most important characters in the series, who’s mother get into trouble when she is unable to payback what she owe to Ratan Singh. During recovery process Ratan Singh comes across Priyanka and finds her attractive. He then put a proposal of marrying her in exchange of getting rid of debt. Priyanka was last appeared as ‘Palak’ in Macchli web series.
